Inconvenient location.

Room was big

Light doesn't work after turn off, you have to reset the whole room. The facility is old, and I have to say it is not clean.

Room is big, because we booked triple bed. Near to Raohe Night market and Nangang Station. (MRT/HSR).

We love the hotel and space for the purposes of our visit.

The hotel ran our card 12 hours before check in under a different company name in Taiwan. The charge was flagged. We ended up cancelling the card. Please send notice of charge or make the company charging the same as the hotel name.

Staff were all polite

Guests in this hotel were having party two of three nights where I stayed there. The noise kept going on way past midnights. The hotel staff was aware of the noise, but did not proactively resolve the situation

Spacious, clean, quiet! We always love staying in the area which is a bit outside of city centre and checkinn Nangang is the place. We had very nice sleep for our long haul flight back to the US. And it’s affordable, we will stay with checkinn Nangang again.

Hotel room is big and clean, big windows, however, it has hot water issue and there is no restaurant available in the hotel. During our stays, we were transferred to other hotel because of no hot water in the bathroom. and were transferred to hotel with much more smaller room which caused a lot of trouble.

Super clean, staffs are all friendly and helpful. They even have filtered water for the guests to refill drink bottles on the ground floor. I was on the top floor and that made me feel even more comfortable! The lifts are all effective to use.

The sound insulation is not that great so occasionally can hear next door neighbors' talking, have to knock their door to let them keep quiet at nighttime.

Location was okay but sledge hammer and major construction that will last a long time across the street: no their fault.The room, bathroom and look of the hotel were good.

Check-in: having to use a machine that is faulty is lame, then the person at the front office does it for you anyway. It totally disconnects the clients and the staff through the whole experience: it is quite an impersonal hotel overall. Individually, the staff was nice.What causes me to give a poorer rating is the lack of room service. We stayed there for nine (9) days and I don't think they ever changed the sheets. I had to ask for the floor to be cleaned, and the sink was barely wiped if at all, I don't believe that the shower was ever cleaned in the 9 days either as it started to smell... it was really below minimal yet this is not an AirBnB but the most expensive room in all our stays! Its administration is desperately trying to cut expenses and it gets to be way too obvious. Also, everywhere else we stayed in the different hotels in Asia, there were at least lunch opportunities (even non-included). Here, a deserted large space and coffee machine, a bit ghostly.

There were no toiletries until the last day, and I had to ask for toilet paper even though the room was cleaned every day.

Very friendly staff and they were accommodating with my bicycle and allowed me to keep it inside.

I'd like to thank Mrs. Elis, She is a staff member who called me because I was late in my check out, she ask me if when I'm going back, I told her maybe 40 minutes she informed me that I'll be charge 400nt per hour. It passed 12nn when we got back. I was in a hurry, but she told us that it's alright not to move out quickly and take our time. I love this hotel. They're understanding. They didn't charge me for our delayed checkout. I also love their bathroom . Very accompanied and the place is acceptable, has two convenient store outside. For commute, there's a lot of bus.

Television shows: should add more english channel so that foreigner enjoy their stay in the room. Room Temperature: I change the temperature, but i can feel it's still the same.

Room size. Staff. Convenience of location for my needs.

There was no complementary breakfast. It’s delicious and I miss it. I guess they are renovating the space to bring it up to code and potentially offer other meals in the future.
